Consultation
After a detailed phone interview to completely understand your project and doing research on your homes buyer demographic I will arrive at your home for up to 2 Hours to thoroughly see your home right from the curb all the way through to your outdoor living space. I will be giving you professional, expert recommendations with an objective eye. The goal is to remove buyer objections and make your home feel "move in ready". What I recommend will highlight the architectural features and guide the buyers eyes to notice high-value assets, increase the perceived square footage and neutralize the space, so a potential buyer can see it as their home. We will also work on curb appeal, de-cluttering, de-personalizing and optimizing the space in each room. Additionally, furniture arrangement, traffic flow, lighting, window treatments and color advice will be given. We will work on creating emotional connection points in each space so buyers fall in love!
Notes and photos will be taken so there can be an informative discussion after the walk through to finalize a plan for your home. You will walk away with all the answers so you are then ready to do the work yourself. Alternatively, you can hire Fresh Home Staging + Redesign to do it fully or partially for you.
I will also leave you with a Pre-Showing Checklist and a few other very important specific details and tricks of the trade to ensure your home is market ready and every showing has the same presentation.
Occupied Staging
After the Consultation is complete, if there is anything on the list that you would like help executing then we are happy to help you! From de-cluttering to furniture placement to shopping for accessories. Not everyone is a DIYer, nor has the time, so Fresh Home Staging + Redesign will return and get your home ready for market so your property will show at it's best to be photo and buyer ready. The main focus will be on the key areas of the home and more can always be done if deemed necessary in the Consultation.
Other Staging Services
In some instances there may be a need to rent certain pieces of furniture, art or accessories in your Occupied Staging project, if that is the case then an estimate will be made and pricing will be quoted accordingly.
Vacant Staging
We turn your vacant property into a vibrant, warm and inviting home. A home will always appeal more to the buyer when it is furnished and styled to show each rooms purpose, in turn evoking emotion in the buyer.
We will schedule a Property Preview so we can put together the best plan for the space. Included is Staging Design, Furniture Selection, Packing, Loading and Delivery of Furniture, Art and Accessories, Staging Installation, De-Staging and Inventory Pick-Up.
